Using Strauss Dairy cream to make our crème fraiche contributes to the wonderful taste of this flavor. Fantastic pairings include: Triple cream cheese such as Brillat Savarin or Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam, cave aged Gruyere or Emmantel or the wonderful Italian 3 milk cheese, Rochetta.
