Domaine Cyrot-Buthiau Pommard 2021 is a medium-bodied, single-varietal, red Pinot Noir wine from the Pommard region of Burgundy, France. It's made from 15 plots across three hectares in the village of Pommard, and aged in 20% new oak barrels with 10% whole bunch fermentation. The wine has 13% ABV and is described as having a deep red color with a bouquet of red fruit, violets, and earth. It has a ripe, concentrated palate with notes of red and pit fruits and spices, and is said to be fresh and sapid with smooth tannins. Some say it pairs well with duck, goose, and game birds.
