Vibrant and juicy, with aromas of fresh ruby grapefruit, citrus, and tropical fruit, our Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant, refreshing flavors of kiwi, green apple, pink grapefruit, and peach. Flavors of lush melon, fig, and lime are balanced perfectly to form a crisp, mouthwatering texture. Pairs well with crab with garlic lemon butter, Humboldt Fog cheese, or a mixed fruit tart: an ideal aperitif or year-round sipper.
A portion of the juice was placed in small neutral French oak barrels, while the majority was moved to stainless steel tanks for fermentation.

This is an over-achiever for California appellation Sauvignon. Medium-bodied, it shows ripe flavors including classic melon and citrus notes, but also a suggestion of tropical fruits. The aromas aren’t as grassy or herbal as usual for Sauvignon Blanc, but the ripe and fruity aromas lend coherence to the wine’s overall character. —M.F. The Tasting Panel

Bright, with white peach, citrus, and orange blossom aromas. Flavors feature tart notes of quince, grapefruit, and ginger, finishing mineral and smooth. — Tonya Pitts
