Orsolani Erbaluce di Caluso La Rustia 2022

The color is straw yellow with soft bright yellow shades. The strong aromas mix notes of sage and aromatic herbs with a fruitiness attributable to white peach or freshly cut pear, hints of essential oils of citrus peel (clementine, lime, pink grapefruit) have a natural continuity in a light bitterness on the palate, very pleasant and very typical. In the mouth the wine is serious, consistent, with excellent persistence with savoury and mineral notes. Pair with appetizers, first courses, very good with soups and rice, with lake fish or fresh shellfish, with raw veal or cooked white meat and with all vegetables in general.
