The 2019 Shiraz Shotfire Reserve offers a touch more purity and precision, with beautiful red and blue fruits interwoven with sweet spices, menthol, candied flowers, and pepper. It's beautifully textured, has a round, layered mouthfeel, velvety tannins, and a salty, lengthy finish. It's a beautifully balanced, elegant Shiraz with tons to love.

This deep cherry-hued bottling is rich and polished, evoking mocha, leather, savory spice and plum preserves. It's mouth coating on the palate, with gauzy tannins and a touch of alcohol heat. Not for the faint-hearted, this wrist-achingly heavy bottle is aging quite quickly now, but could hold up another five years or so.
