Wolfberger Reverence IX Brut

This Crémant d'Alsace Brut reveals a brilliant, sparkling gold color. The bubble is very fine with a fine and persistent bead of foam. The very complex nose reveals a floral character of acacia flowers with slightly brioche notes underlined by a hint of roasting. This racy character comes from the high quality of this carefully selected cuvée and long months of aging on slats. A beautiful fine and refreshing acidity, a very great persistence of floral aromas and a smooth and delicate effervescence mark the palate.
