It is aged exclusively in steel tanks, where it ages on the noble lees for about 3 months, and then rests in the bottle for 2-3 months. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, on the nose it is fresh and fruity with notes of grapefruit and fresh citrus fruits, almonds and Mediterranean herbs.
