Domaine Gautheron Chablis Cuvee Emeraude 2021

Winemakers Notes: Beautiful pale white gold color with soft green highlights. The nose is fresh, straight and ripe. It expresses fresh notes of white flowers and aromas of fresh flowers, followed by peach and apricot as well as citrus fruits, underpinned by a frank minerality. The mouth is straight and pure. It expresses a nice fruitiness. It is well balanced and elegant with a long mineral finish, with delicate saline notes. A great partner for oysters on the half shell, scallops or salmon tartare.

From 15-to-55-year old vines planted on Kimmeridgien soil, the wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks.
