Cold-fermented in stainless steel creating a bouquet of honeysuckle, apricot, and Asian pear. The pear carries through on the palate with a hint of banana custard that leads to a long finish of grapefruit. The crispness of this wine pairs well with burrata stuffed, prosciuto-wrapped artichoke.
Winemaker Notes: With the extended hang time in 2023 makes this Viognier is very rich, aromatic, and leans towards the oily side of Viognier character. Wait until the warm days of late spring to open. I like to pair it with a baked brie with fresh peaches. Also, goes well with a variety of tapas dishes.

Crisp Pink Lady apple aromas meet with citrus blossom and wet stone on the nose of this bottling. The palate is quite tight, restraining the exuberant tropical and bubblegum flavors.
