Sixpoint The Pursuit

Welcome to THE PURSUIT. Everyone's got somethin' that drives them, and for us, we're all about making good beer for good people. There's a lot more out there than when we started back in '04...fruity, hazy, you name it. Instead, we brewed a straight-up American IPA. That's it. Call it a curveball, call it MAD SCIENCE, call it whatever you want. Just enjoy THE PURSUIT. This IPA style beer is best paired with curried dishes and Thai cuisine featuring shellfish. Cheeses can be peppery such as Monterey / Pepper Jack, pungent such as Gorgonzola and Limburger or sharp such as Cheddar.
