Pale yellow colour with steely reflections. Clear and bright. Noted for its intense citrus, tropical and floral aromas. Lemon peel, mandarin, litchi, jasmine and acacia. Smooth and fluid on the palate, with a very persistent finish. Fragrant and fresh. Served as an appetizer, it awakens the senses and whets the appetite. It goes very well with fresh dishes with intense flavors, spicy food, Asian food or sushi, as well as the typical food of the Argentine Northwest.
