Thorn Clarke William Randall Shiraz 2019

A dark, almost impenetrable red-purple, with vibrant red highlights at the rim of the glass. The nose is lifted and intense, with complimentary blackberry, black cherry and spice and a gentle smoky oak complexity. Dense and opulent with flavours of ripe mulberry, berry compote and liquorice, paired with well-integrated oak notes, the tannins are savoury and persistent, adding structure and depth to the wine, while the finish is plush and spicy.
