Malvasia Ferma has a yellow color tending towards gold, slightly marked nuances, intact, clear and clean chrome. Aromatic taste, exotic fruity, with a slight mineral note. Malvasia is a pleasant and fresh wine and goes perfectly with blue and medium-aged cheeses, cold cuts and fried dumplings. Also suitable between meals as a conversation wine or accompanied with seasonal fruit salads.
