Louis Jadot Monthélie Sous Roches is a delicate Pinot Noir wine produced by Louis Jadot. The grapes are sourced from the small village of Monthélie, which is located between Volnay and Meursault. Jadot's vines of the Sous Roches vineyard are orientated to the east on steep slopes. The harvest done by hand, the grapes were carefully sorted by hand then destemmed. Fermentation takes place in open vats and the wine is aged in French oak barrels for about eighteen months prior to its release.
