Heinrich Hartl Pinot Noir Tattendorf Thermenregion 2023

Charming nose of ripe cherry fruit, violets and fine hints of smoke. Juicy and fruit-driven on the palate, dark cherries and raspberries with bits of black pepper, chocolate and rosemary chiming right in. Soft but still intriguing, with just some elegant tannin. Subtle power and medium length. Great fun to drink but will age gracefully. Pairs well with a classic pizza and pasta wine. Fine with Bolognese, game-, boar- or hare ragù pasta, vegetable pie, rack of lamb. Try it with some fish too aka Monte e Mare!
