Vigne Sannite Blu Falanghina Brut NV

Produced using the long charmat method from Falanghina grapes harvested prematurely to capture at their best the characteristics of this grape variety which lends itself excellently to the sparkling winemaking method. Extra dry wine with a fine and persistent foam, slightly aromatic and fruity. It goes perfectly with hors d’oeuvres and fish-based first courses.
