Valdobbiadene Prosecco Extra Brut “Al Cavo Millesimato 2024 750ML 2024

A sparkling wine with a lovely straw yellow colour enhanced by light greenish highlights and a joyful, very fine perlage. On the nose it is fragrant and fruity with notes of yellow fruit and white peach, and delicately floral with a slight nuance of acacia flower and citrus hints. On the palate, it has good structure, bold zest, and great acidity, which renders the wine delightfully refreshing. The long finish is enlivened by subtly aromatic tones. Ideal as an aperitif, and wonderful paired with seafood and vegetable-based first courses, most fish dishes and delicately flavoured white meats.
