Note lemon, white peach, yellow fruit. The palate is round and greedy. A specific wine and round.
Pair with oysters, seafood, grilled fish, light-to-medium-flavored courses.

The 2022 Chablis Côte de Léchet ler Cru has a stony, more austere bouquet after the Vau de Vey, very terroir-driven, opening succinct with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with a sapid entry, fine grip and weight. Dense on the finish, though it needs a couple of years to really open up. Very promising.

Focused on the palate. Plenty of drive if a little closed at the moment, but there is depth, concentration and layers to the fruit. To revisit once bottled. Should be a top example in time. Tank sample.
