Crisp fruit flavors of lemon and grapefruit with subtle notes of white flowers followed by bright acidity. Surprisingly concentrated and balanced for such a young wine, the flavors on the palate are at once delicate, powerful and rich. Pairs well with many foods such as salads, seafood and vegetables or on its own.

Vinified without oak to retain the wine’s elegant aromas and clean, fresh character.
