Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sel Gris Flatbread

Light and flaky, made with extra virgin olive oil and grey sea salt from France. Our most neutral flavor, it compliments all cheese and spreads and is a great palate cleanser in a cheese tasting or for a winery tasting room. Using grey sea salt from France, this flat bread has trace minerals we need found only in natural sea salt. Excellent compliment to Point Reyes Blue Cheese or Bleu D'Auvergne.
