Winemaker Notes:  Bold and persistent, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers a bouquet of black forest fruit, fresh plum and anise, nuanced with violet, pine resin, sage, notes of crème brûlée and clove. Densely concentrated and intensely flavorful on the palate, with dark fruits such as black berry, graphite and cocoa nibs, with notes of slate, balanced with notes of cocoa powder and spice. It exhibits broad tannins and a rich, persistent finish.
