Ruby red to dark purple color with light garnet. The nose has a fine red fruits bouquet, with aromas of red berries, dry savory elements, and Mediterranean scents. The palate is broad, velvety, harmonious and balanced, with a long lingering finish. Pair with red meat, roast beef or venison, or aged cheeses like mature pecorino or parmesan.
