Christian & Karine Lauverjat Sancerre Perle Blanche 2025

Winemaker Notes: "Perle Blanche is our most intense and dense wine because it comes from old vines. Beautiful bright, crystal clear yellow colour. The aroma offers a pure expression, combining floral and mineral tones. On the palate, a true Sancerre, voluptuous, aromatic, in a rich category which makes it a great wine to serve with fish." 

Pairs with seafood dishes, particularly shellfish and white fish, as well as goat cheese, salads, and light poultry dishes. It is also wonderful as an aperitif.

From 55-year-old vines. Aged in stainless steel for 10 months. Richer and with a greater intensity than typical Sancerre Blanc.
