Patrick Sullivan, a name synonymous with exceptional Australian chardonnay, is proud to present the 2025 release of his eponymous wine. Sourced from the Limestone Coast vineyards of Mount Gambier, Coonawarra and Wrattonbully, it celebrates the region’s distinctive volcanic soils with a refined balance of richness, vibrant fruit and minerality. These sites, with shallow volcanic topsoil over limestone and basalt, lie within the world’s third-largest volcanic plain, home to around 400 dormant cones. Having spent much of his childhood in this extraordinary landscape, Patrick has crafted a sophisticated chardonnay that reflects both the unique terroir and his winemaking heritage, culminating in an exceptional expression of the 2025 vintage.
