Passo Delle Tortore Sasso Serra Aglianico 2021

It is made only with aglianico grapes from a small plot of clay-limestone soil with southeastern exposure, optimal conditions where aglianico expresses its full potential. It matures for 8 months in French oak barriques. The final result is a purple-red wine with aromas of blackcurrant jam, blackberries and cherries. On the palate, the soft and balanced integrated and elegant tannins give a long and persistent finish reminiscent of tobacco and spices.
