ORI RESERVA VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO
Wine produced exclusively from Vernaccia grapes. Pressing is preceded by a 48-hours cold maceration, followed by fermentation initially in steel and then refinement of a portion in wood and the rest on lees with weekly pumping-over and bâtonnages. Once bottled is bottle-refined for at least 3 months.
