A saline and powerfully herbaceous nose has aromas of wild herbs, green olives and, then rich, salty Parmesan rind. Undertones of citrus and flowers emerge on the palate, but herbs and a salty, umami cheesiness remain the stars of the show. A blend of 34% Chardonnay, 33% Sauvignon and 33% Trebbiano grapes.
